NORTHEAST LINCOLNSHIRE
The Grimsby portfolio has demonstrated exceptional strength and steady growth over the past decade.
The investment strategy primarily focused on HMOs, along with a few Buy-to-Let properties. In more recent times, conversion developments have been welcomed.

IPSWICH
SUFFOLK
The strategy in this area is all about maximizing income and securing long-term capital growth.

The company acquires 3 or 4 bedroom houses and refurbishes them into 5 or 6 bedroom HMOs, where each room is rented out individually. ​

Living locally in Suffolk, Katie & Danny have taken a hands-on approach with these refurbishments. Regular visits to the properties ensure everything is progressing as it should.

LANARKSHIRE
SCOTLAND
In 2020, the Scotland portfolio was established with the primary objective of growing the Buy-To-Let family portfolio.
